4. Who you would like the invoice to be made out to (example - bill to: Ottawa Container Sales)

5, Who the onsite contact will be for the driver to call on the day of delivery (example - bob 613-123-4567)

6. Which way you would like the container doors to be loaded on the truck as it slides off the back

7. Receive invoice and make payment

8. Recieve delivery date on when shipping container is to be delivered  :)
